Tell-tales are used on sails to show the flow and direction of the wind over the sails. Our tell-tales tell us it’s all for the kids. That’s how we have approached 24 years of organizing this tremendous event. Because after the wind has died down and all of the sailors have gone back to the marina is when the real work of the Dunedin Cup & Kiwanis Regatta begins.

We have been able to donate tens of thousands of dollars to children’s causes throughout the years. This year, as we start our commitment to the burgeoning Dunedin Youth Sailing Association, we plan to add even MORE to that figure, and we need you to join us.

Early in its history, thanks to a dock built to accommodate schooners and sloops and the ingenuity of pioneers from as near as Georgia and as far as Scotland, Dunedin became one of Florida’s chief seaports and trading centers. At one time the village had the largest fleet of sailing vessels in Florida.

We need you to join us in supporting a youth sailing program that fosters the values that Dunedin grew up on; responsibility, team-building, sportsmanship, and fairness in this ecologically sound sport.

We’ve made a commitment to grow this event to be one of the most exciting weekends on the water anywhere on the Gulf of Mexico. This year we’re adding a second day of racing and future plans insure continued growth and we need you to join us.

Join us as we make the lives of kids in Tampa Bay just a little bit better, one step at a time. Join us as we put your company in front of an ever-growing number of participants and spectators. Join us in the fun of this win-win weekend on the water. Join us because it’s all for the kids! Call Rod Collman TODAY at 727.734.3749 or email him to see how easy it is!
